Heat Transfer Labeling

These labels are preprinted and heat-transferred. They are heat and pressure applied to the container. Therimage labels are rotogravure printed, which is an acceptable means of printing in high volumes since the cost of initial printing plates is high. Dencal labels are screen printed for low initial costs and higher unit costs.

The unique heat transfer process requires special tooling to hold the container in place during the application process. While stock or standard turrets or tooling is available, most unique or unusual bottles require custom tooling.

[This method usually requires truckload purchases to be cost effective.]
