Cleveland Bottle & Supply Co.™ carries Tight Head Plastic Drums in blue, white and natural colors. These come in standard 15, 20, 30 and 55 gallon capacity. These are made from a high molecular weight, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resin and manufactured to the highest standards of quality and consistency. This material makes the drums extremely strong and rigid yet far lighter than steel drums, allowing for easier handling and savings on shipping costs. In addition, plastic drums save valuable warehouse space because they are stackable and can be stored outside without rusting. Plastic drums have no inner liner to crack or fracture, eliminating a source of contamination. These drums can be reused several times, lowering the total system cost associated with packaging. Our Tight Head Plastic Drums feature sidewall rolling hoops to protect labeling; standard bung configuration of one 2" NPT and one 2" buttress or " vent offers maximum flexibility (Other bung configuration options are available); drums can be cleaned and reconditioned; and they are in full compliance with regulations promulgated by DOT (UN), UFC, NMFC, USDA and FDA, among others.
